The Stewart Mill Homeowners Association (HOA) extends its heartfelt gratitude to the residents for the successful pool opening event. With the onset of summer, we kindly remind everyone to familiarize themselves with the pool regulations once more. We also need to address a few incidents that occurred during the pool opening, which are unacceptable and will not be tolerated:

1. Respect for Pool Monitors: Pool Monitors are tasked with enforcing the guidelines and rules of the pool. They are not responsible for creating these rules. Any form of disrespect towards the Pool Monitors is inappropriate. Should such behavior persist, the monitor is authorized to request the individual to leave the premises and, if necessary, contact the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office for further assistance.

2. Consequences of Rule Violation: Repeated failure to comply with the pool rules will result in the revocation of pool access for the remainder of the season.

3. Food and Beverage Policy: As previously communicated, food and beverages are prohibited in the pool area. The only exception currently is bottled water. No cups are allowed. This policy is in response to an incident where a rule was immediately violated on the opening day.

Absolutely no glass or food containers will be allowed into the pool area.

4.Guest Policy: Each homeowner may bring up to four guests to the pool. It is required that homeowners stay at the poolside with their guests throughout their visit.

5. Age Requirement for Guests: Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 and must not be left unattended at the pool. They must always be under the supervision of an adult.

We appreciate your cooperation and trust these guidelines will be followed to ensure a pleasant, safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for all community members. Thank you for your cooperation and attention to these matters.
